Check Your AACPMAS Notifications and Status

Notifications

As you progress through the application process, you'll receive important notifications and critical alerts. Applicants are responsible for monitoring these notifications and following up on any required actions. To view your notifications, click the Notifications icon on the left side of the application dashboard.

Application Status


Status	Description
In Progress	Your application has not yet been submitted or you haven’t paid the application fee.
Received	Your application has been submitted, but you are missing required documents. If you used the Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) service, note that it can take up to 10 business days for transcript entry to be completed. Once complete, you must review and approve your coursework.
Completed	All required materials were received and your application is in line for verification and is considered complete; see Completing Your AACPMAS Application for the specific application completion requirements. Note that your programs may require additional materials for your application to be considered complete. Check with each program for more details. Once your application enters this status, it can take up to 10 business days to move to the Verified status.
Undelivered	This status indicates that an error was found and your application was returned to you for corrections. See Correcting an Undelivered Application.
Verified	Your application was processed and, if applicable, your GPA was calculated and made available to your programs. You’ll receive a confirmation notification that your application was verified. Once your application is verified, you should direct any questions about its status to the program(s) you applied to.

Professional Transcript Entry Status

If you’re using the Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) service, the PTE Status section at the top of the application dashboard helps your monitor its status. Once your application is submitted and we receive your transcripts, we will begin work on your application within 10 business days. Applications are placed in line for PTE on a first-come, first-served basis. Your PTE Status may be:


Status	Description
Requested	You submitted your PTE request, but you have not yet submitted your application and/or AACPMAS has not yet received your transcripts. We must receive all required transcripts before PTE can begin.
Materials Received	AACPMAS received your transcript(s) and your transcript entry is in progress. It may take up to 10 business days for transcript entry to be completed; you'll receive an email notification once it is complete.
Entered, Ready for Review	AACPMAS has finished entering the transcript(s) we received from your school(s). You must now review and approve your coursework. Your overall CAS Status remains in the Received status until you complete this.
Assign Prerequisites	You have reviewed and approved your coursework, but still need to match your courses to your program’s prerequisites, if available to you.
Completed	You have reviewed and finalized your transcript entry. If all other application requirements have been completed, your application will be given a complete date and placed in line for verification.

Academic Update (AU) Status

If you used Academic Update (AU) to update planned or in-progress US and English-Canadian coursework that you completed since your application was originally verified, your status may be:


Status	Description
AU Received	Your coursework updates were submitted, but AACPMAS has not yet received your new transcripts.
AU In Progress	You edited your coursework but have not yet submitted your updates. Submit your updates to send the new information to your programs.
AU Complete	Your new transcripts were received, and your new coursework is in line for verification. Verifications occur in chronological order and can take up to 10 business days to complete. You will receive an email when your Academic Update is verified.
AU Verified	Your new coursework was verified and, if applicable, your GPA was recalculated and made available to your programs.

Application Materials Statuses

Academic Records

View the status of your transcript(s) and/or foreign evaluations for each college or university on the Academic Records page. Your academic record's status may be:


Status	Description
Ordered	This status indicates that your transcript or foreign evaluation was ordered and is still being processed. On average, it takes up to five business days for your transcript or foreign evaluation to post to your application from the date we receive it.
Received	This status indicates that your transcript or foreign evaluation has been processed and is now posted to your application. Your transcript or foreign evaluation will be shared with all your programs.

Evaluations

View the status of your evaluation requests under Evaluations. Your evaluation's status may be:


Status	Description
Requested	This status indicates that the request was sent to the evaluator, but they have not accepted or declined it. They must accept your request before they can submit their evaluation.
Accepted	This status indicates that the evaluator accepted your request but has not yet submitted their evaluation.
Completed	This status indicates that the evaluator completed and submitted their evaluation and it was sent to your program(s).
Declined	This status indicates that the evaluator declined your evaluation request. Please add another evaluation request.
