Search Applicants

Use this page to search your applicant pool (including submitted and completed applications). Select search filters to create a list of applicants who meet the selected criteria. The Documents column in each list allows you to see which documents (e.g., transcripts, letters of reference, supplemental materials) have been received.

Last Name and First Name

Use these search filters to locate applicants with a specific last and/or first name. You can use any portion of the name (e.g., a search for "Smi" will return "Smith").

Citizenship Status

Use this search filter to locate applicants with a specific citizenship status.

Dissertation Status

Use this search filter to locate applicants who have completed the designated stage of their dissertation process. Note that applicants can complete the stages of their dissertations in various orders (e.g., an applicant may have collected their data, but has not yet proposed); therefore, if you search for applicants who have their dissertation data collected, you cannot assume that every applicant in the resulting list will have defended their proposals.

Hours

Use this search filter to locate applicants who have completed a designated number of practicum hours. Select the type of hours you want to use from the drop-down, then select the range of hours. For example, to search for applicants who have more than 250 hours of doctoral intervention experience, select Doctoral Intervention Hours and a range of 250-9999. You can also leave the upper range blank if you do not want to limit your search.

Treatment Settings

Use this search filter to locate applicants who have a specific range of hours within a particular treatment setting. Use the first drop-down to select the treatment setting and use the second drop-down to specify the type of hours for your search. Then, specify the range of hours. For example, to search for applicants with more than 100 doctoral intervention hours in a VA Medical Center, select VA Medical Center, Doctoral Intervention Hours, and a range of 100-9999. You can also leave the upper range blank if you do no want to limit your search.

Accreditation Status of Doctoral Program

Use this search filter to locate applicants whose doctoral program has a specific accreditation. Note that selecting Accredited will return applicants who are from doctoral programs that accredited, accredited - on probation, and accredited - inactive. Additionally, if you select Not Accredited, your results will include applicants from unaccredited programs, programs designated not-applicable, and applicants who left the field blank.

Integrated Reports

Use this search filter to locate applicants who have the specified range of integrated reports for a specific population (i.e., adults, children, or adults and children combined). For example, to search for applicants who have 10 or more reports with children and adolescents, specify 10-9999 in the Range fields next to Child/Adolescent. You can also leave the upper range blank if you do no want to limit your search.
