Once you've completed all sections and signed off on the evaluation, you must review and sign off on your APTA Clinical Performance Instruments. To do this:
- Click the Evaluations tab, then click Review Sign Off in the Actions column.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to click the signature checkbox, then click Save.
The student then must sign off on their evaluation. If necessary, you can make any edits at this time. Once the student signs off on their evaluation, you must then sign off on the evaluation again to complete the sign-off workflow. To do this:
- Click the Evaluations tab, then click Sign Off in the Actions column.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to click the signature checkbox, then click Save.
Note that you cannot edit the evaluation once you complete the sign-off workflow.
