Setting Up APTA Clinical Site Profiles Filters

To easily find a site in APTA Clinical Site Profiles, you can create filters. To create a filter:

  1. Navigate to the Sites tab on your home page and click Add Another Filter.
  2. Select the By State filter from the drop-down.
  3. Click the Select a State drop-down to view an ascending, alphabetical list of states where your clinical sites are located. Click the applicable state.
  4. The results display by Site Name, APTA Clinical Site Profiles Completion Status, and APTA Clinical Site Profiles Last Updated.
  5. To view all results, click the All link, then click through the page-by-page results.
  6. To remove the filter, click the trash can icon.
  7. To add another filter, click the Add Another Filter drop-down.
  8. Select the By CSIF Completion filter, then the Please Select an Option dropdown.
  9. The options to choose from are as follows: 
     

    APTA Clinical Site Profiles Completion Status

    Definition

    Unstarted

    APTA Clinical Site Profiles where the SCCE, reporter, or student didn’t select Start New Site Survey or Copy Existing Site Survey.

    Started

    APTA Clinical Site Profiles where the SCCE, reporter, or student selected Start New Site Survey or Copy Existing Site Survey, but they have not marked all of the Critical Fields as being completed.

    Key Fields Complete

    APTA Clinical Site Profiles where all the Critical Fields are listed as completed.

    Full Complete

    APTA Clinical Site Profiles where all fields are listed as completed.

  10. After you select an option, the results are displayed by Site Name, APTA Clinical Site Profiles Completion Status, and APTA Clinical Site Profiles Last Updated.
  11. To view all results, click the All link, then click through the page-by-page results.
  12. To sort by APTA Clinical Site Profiles Completion Status or APTA Clinical Site Profiles Last Updated, click the up or down arrows next to the column labels.
