New Features and Enhancements
The following enhancements are now available in Admissions by Liaison. All enhancements are automatically available to all CASs and participating programs using Admissions by Liaison. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. If you have any questions about these features, contact your Account Manager or support.
Simplified Export Builder
Admissions by Liaison has been updated with a redesigned Export Builder. New features include:
- Restructured Field Picker
- Expanded field options
- Quick formatting for date fields
- Helpful data icons and column counts
- Full contents of Evaluations, References, and Comments
New Options for Exporting Many-to-One Fields
New options are now available in exporting many-to-one data in Tabular Exports. Evaluations, Recommendation Forms, and Comments are now available to export, and you can set rules to determine which items are included. For example, you can pre-sort the items and set the number to be displayed so that only the two highest test scores are shown, or only the two newest evaluations are included. When you add an applicable field to your column list, the updated Pivot Table options appear.
Enhanced Export Notifications
Admissions by Liaison can be configured to send notifications to alert you when scheduled exports have completed successfully or failed. These notifications have been enhanced to include more information, including failure details and a direct link to the file or the Export Log.
Added Ability to Track an Application’s Time-in-Review Funnel
New date filters have been added so that you can now track how long applications spend in the admissions process. The new dates now tracked in the software include:
- Phase Date Started
- Phase Date Last Changed
- Date Last Decision Changed
- Date Applicant Changed
