Multi CAS / Multi Organization Users

Organization-level users (i.e., Organization Administrators and Organization Report Users) now have access to multiple organizations under a single Institution and CAS combination. If an institution participates in a CAS and has separate organizations (i.e., schools) with programs in that CAS, the user can access all organizations with a single login. Previously, users needed separate logins to access this data. 

For example, ABC University (the institution) participates in a CAS and has two separate organizations (i.e., schools) with programs in that CAS: 

• The School of Business (an organization) has a BSBA program in the CAS.
• The School of Graduate Studies (another organization) has an MBA program in the CAS.

ABC University users can access data for both organizations via a single login and can toggle between the organizations using the MultiCAS switcher.

Enhanced Display of Active Cycle Visualizations on Landing Page

This update applies to Organization- and Association-level versions of the dashboard. 

In an effort to improve the user experience for CASs with overlapping cycles, the landing page now displays enhanced visualizations.
