Enabling Activities for Applicants in WebAdMIT
Once Liaison approves and activates your program's Applicant Gateway, you can enable activities for your applicants via WebAdMIT.
Gaining Access to This Feature
You must have the Enable Applicant Gateways permission added to your Work Group to enable, disable, and extend deadlines for activities.
Enabling Activities for Applicants
You can enable activities for a single applicant on the Applicant Details page or for a group of applicants via the Search page, List Manager, and Clipboard.
Applicants receive an email each time an activity is enabled for them. The email contains brief instructions and a link to your program’s Applicant Gateway. A record of this email is available in the Emails panel in WebAdMIT.

Monitoring Applicant Completion of Activities
Completed activities display with a Completed Activity State. You can also view the date activities were completed in the Activity Completed Date column.
Each activity also has a separate subsection under the Applicant Gateway panel. Additional data is populated in these subsections, including the applicant's responses to supplementary application questions, fee payment data, and responses to offers extended. All this data is available in the List Manager and Export Manager.
