Add a New Applicant Gateway

Before adding a new Applicant Gateway, review your existing Applicant Gateways to determine if any are similar enough to be copied. This will save you time in setting up the Applicant Gateway.

If you need to create a new Applicant Gateway, follow the steps below.

  1. Click New App Gateway at the bottom of the Organization Details page.
  2. Select the program you want to create an Applicant Gateway for. Each program can only have one Applicant Gateway. If one has already been created for your program, the program will not appear in the list.
  3. Enter a name for the Applicant Gateway. This name is for your reference only and does not display for applicants.
  4. Click Add.

All Applicant Gateway configurations from the current cycle will be automatically rolled over to the new cycle and available to edit. There is no need to create new Applicant Gateways; you can simply edit the activities that have been rolled over. See the Edit Existing Applicant Gateways page for more information.
