Program Information
Program Attributes
Here you can configure which program attributes are available in the:
- Home tab for programs in the Configuration Portal
- Home tab for programs in the Program Materials section in the Applicant Portal, and
- Add Program tab of the Applicant Portal.
Note that the program attributes can't be reordered in the Application Builder. However, this order doesn't match the order that they are displayed in the Configuration or Application Portals.
To add a new program attribute:
- Click Add.
- Select an attribute.
- Enter a display name.
- Select the program attribute type. If you select text, then users can enter any text. If you select lookup, then users must select a value from the list you create.
- Select if the program attribute is required for users to complete in the Configuration Portal.
- Select if the program attribute is Read-only, where only association users can edit it in the Configuration Portal; admissions users won't be able to edit it.
- Select if the program attribute appears on the table where programs are listed under the Add Program tab in the Applicant Portal.
- Select if the program attribute displays on the Home tab for programs in the Program Materials section in the Applicant Portal.
- Click Save changes.
To delete a program attribute, click the trash icon. To edit an existing program attribute, click the edit icon.
