Overlapping Cycles

Some CASs have overlapping cycles meaning the previous cycle is still open when the new cycle opens. For these CASs, we need to create unique application cycle URLs for the current and new cycles. The standard process is to update either cycle application URL to include the academic year (i.e. nursingcas2018.liaisoncas.com). 

CASs with overlapping cycle can decide to include the academic year in the current cycle and update any hyperlinks to the application portal or the new cycle application URL can be created to include the academic year.
