Organization Deeplink Generator

CASs using the elastic program search page have the option to enable deep links for applicants. This allows organizations to provide applicants with a link to the Applicant Portal's 'Add Program' page with their programs pre-filtered. This link can be shared with applicants on a program's website or in emails, and allows applicants to quickly access your programs without needing to set their own filters on the 'Add Program' page.

Rule to Use: Turning this feature on is optional. If it is turned on, it is optional for each organization to use within the CAS. It may only be used with Elastic Search (Add Program - Version B). In addition, the deep link will change in each environment, so programs should not utilize their deep link in publications until the cycle is LIVE in Production. 

Applicant View

Applicants who click on the deep link provided by the program will be directed to the 'Add Program' page showing only the programs associated with the specific deep link. The applicant must then adjust the filter to search for additional programs on the 'Add Program' page.

If an applicant has not yet created an account, the deep link will first instruct them to create an account, and then will take them to the pre-filtered 'Add Program' page. 

Configuration Portal View

To use the deep link, an admissions user will log into the configuration portal and click 'Show URL' to copy the link and use accordingly.
