Quadrant 2 - Academic History

The Academic History section of the Applicant Portal can include several pages of questions.  Review each question set in the following sections, and decide if you want to include it in your CAS; if you do, indicate whether the question set is required or optional. If it is required, the applicant cannot submit their application without answering those questions.

For some question blocks, the CAS system requires an answer. Those will be indicated by “Answer is Required” in the Rule to Use column.

For some questions blocks, multiple versions are available, and you must select the one to display to applicants.
