The following enhancements are now available in Admissions by Liaison. All enhancements are automatically available to all CASs and participating programs using Admissions by Liaison. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. If you have any questions about these features, contact your Account Manager or support.
To help you easily find the information you need, a button has been added to the top of Admissions by Liaison that links you to the Help Center and Support contact information.
Where applicable, you can now view and export a history of payments made to you by applicants.
This enhancement was made available to select CASs in this release. In December's Releases 10 & 11, this enhancement was made available to all CASs.
Admissions allows users to download previously generated exports from the Schedule History. The ability to do this is now dependent on the Role the user is in, and what application visibility they have.
This enhancement corresponds with ATS-1758.
Liaison’s suite of portals work together to help you collect and manage applications. The CAS application, also referred to as the Applicant Portal, is the system where applicants find and apply to your programs. You receive these applications in WebAdMIT or Liaison Outcomes, where you perform your review processes. The appearance of your program and your requirements are customized in the Configuration Portal, where you establish the program-specific elements that your applicants will interact with. Additionally, your program may use one or more of the following tools and platforms:
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs that use the Personal Statement or Essay sections under the Supporting Information section. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
Some CASs have a Personal Statement or Essay section under the Supporting Information section of the application, where applicants can enter an essay in response to a prompt, such as “Share a story of why you are interested in this profession’s career.” Previously, only the applicant’s essay was listed in the full application PDF, not the prompt. This led to some difficulties in remembering how the essay responded to the prompt.
With this enhancement, the essay prompt is now included before the essay in the full application PDF, available in Admissions by Liaison, the Applicant Portal, and WebAdMIT.
