New Features and Enhancements
Applicant Portal Enhancements
The following enhancement is available for the Applicant Portal as part of Sprint 10.
1. The Red Badge Near "Submit Application" Appears Only When Application is Ready to Submit
This enhancement is available to all CASs immediately. Please see your Account Manager for more information.
Previously, a red badge appeared in the "Submit Application" tab even before an application is ready to be submitted. With this enhancement, applicants only see this badge when they have complete designation(s) ready to submit.
Configuration Portal Enhancements
The following enhancement is available for the Configuration Portal as part of Sprint 10.
1. Upload Answer Values for Multiple Choice Questions through the Configuration Portal
This enhancement is available to all CASs immediately. Please see your Account Manager for more information.
To reduce the amount of manual work required when creating custom questions, this enhancement gives Configuration Portal users the ability to upload Answer Values and Export Codes for multiple choice questions.
WebAdMIT Enhancements
The following enhancement is available for WebAdMIT as part of Sprint 10.
1. Codes Created in the Questions Section of the Configuration Portal Are Now Available in WebAdMIT
This enhancement has been made available to all CASs.
Configuration Portal users can now establish codes to pair with the answers to multiple choice Program Questions. This can be done by enabling the Export Code option when creating a new question and entering your desired codes (see screenshot). These codes are now available to export from within WebAdMIT.
The Export Code feature may be useful for programs needing to import WebAdMIT data into another system. This option can be used to store internal codes along with (or instead of) the full text of the applicant's selected answer to a multiple choice question.

Updates to College Coursework Credit Value Entries |
Summer |
For CASs that collect college coursework, the Applicant Portal will be updated to allow applicants to enter course credit values in one numeric field. This field will also limit applicants from entering more than two digits after a decimal. Currently, applicants are required to enter course credit values in two fields: a numeric field for the whole course credit and a drop-down including preset fractional values. |
