    ADAT Scores

This enhancement will be automatically available for use by ADEA CAAPID and ADEA PASS and participating programs in the 2019-2020 cycle. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Applicants can self-report their ADAT scores in the ADEA CAAPID and ADEA PASS applications. They can also submit official ADAT scores through both these services.

    Transcript Type Indicator

This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

The Transcripts subpanel under the Documents panel now includes a Transcript Type column. Official displays if the applicant submitted an official transcript to the CAS. Unofficial displays if the applicant uploaded a transcript in the application.

If a CAS allows applicants to upload unofficial transcripts and submit official transcripts for the same colleges attended, then you now see the most recent copies of each type, instead of the most recent copy overall.

The Transcript Type field is available in the List Manager, Export Manager, and PDF Manager. Note that in the By Transcript subpanel under the GPA Overview panel, the Transcript Type field has been updated to GPA Type to avoid confusion.

WebAdMIT now displays applicant-reported and official ADAT scores under the Standardized Tests panel.

    Usage Help Panel Updates

The Usage Help panel is updated with a new look and links. The panel is now labeled Help and includes links to the:

• Help Center: includes the WebAdMIT Manual.
• Training Resources: includes links to our on-demand courses, recorded webinars, and Liaison Academy site. This replaces the former WebAdMIT Basic Training Course, WebAdMIT Advanced Training Course, and Configuration Portal Training Course links.
• Getting Started: includes links to the CAS-specific Program User Guides. This replaces the former Support Resources link.
• Custom Export Field Layout Pages: includes links to current and past Custom Export Layout (CEL) files. This replaces the former Support Resources link.
• New Features and Enhancements: a direct link to the Release Notes.

The FAQ’s link has also been removed. All existing content is incorporated in the WebAdMIT Help Center. 

For WebAdMIT for The Common Application, all changes are made except for Training Resources; instead, the WebAdMIT Training for The Common Application link remains.
