New Features and Enhancements
Applicant Portal Enhancements
The following enhancements are available for the Applicant Portal as part of Release 9.
Next-Generation ACCUPLACER Test
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs that collect ACCUPLACER scores and their participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
ACCUPLACER has been used with confidence by higher education institutions for over 30 years to help determine students’ readiness for credit‐bearing college courses. In recent years, there has been a significant change in the ways that colleges assess and place students into their coursework. ACCUPLACER Next‐Generation tests have been designed with those changes in mind.
Applicants can now self-report their Next-Generation ACCUPLACER scores under the Standardized Tests section.
Improved Program Search
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs using the new Add Program page and their participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
The search filter on the new Add Program page has been updated to include better searching capabilities. This includes capturing applicable programs based on searches with misspelled and reordered words and school, organization, and institution names.
WebAdMIT Enhancements
The following enhancement is available for WebAdMIT as part of Release 9.

You can access both the self-reported classic and Next-Generation ACCUPLACER scores on the Applicant Details page under the Standardized Tests panel. The field names for each test have been updated to reflect the test content. These fields are also available in the List Manager and Export Manager.

The WebAdMIT Sandbox environment (sandbox.webadmit.org) was refreshed with current (cleansed) production data and program configurations. Any test exports, custom fields, etc., in the current sandbox were overwritten. |

Reviewing & Scoring Applicants Virtual Training |
October 2 – 23, 2019 |
Register now for our Reviewing & Scoring Applicants virtual training course. Participants will learn how to make the best use of the Assignments and Interviews features in WebAdMIT through a series of hands-on exercises led by a WebAdMIT expert. They will learn how to rank applicants and pinpoint the most qualified candidates while networking with peers to learn how others are using WebAdMIT to achieve their admissions goals.
