Document	Details
Field Type Descriptions in Custom Export Layout Files	When extracting data from WebAdMIT, all fields follow a specific format. Review the Field Type Descriptions to view example formats and additional notes.
Export Manager	As a result of many new enhancements to the Export Manager, this help center page has been restructured to better meet the needs of our users, from beginner to advanced.
Transferring Applicant Data into WebAdMIT	This document identifies the major actions that cause applicant data to automatically transfer into WebAdMIT. Evaluator (i.e., recommender, reference) actions that cause applicant data to move have been added to this document.

Sandbox Environment Refresh	January 11, 2021	The WebAdMIT Sandbox environment (sandbox.webadmit.org) was refreshed with current (cleansed) production data and program configurations. Any test exports, custom fields, etc., in the current sandbox were overwritten.
WebAdMIT Webinar Series	Various	Liaison Academy offers WebAdMIT training webinars. Each one-hour webinar focuses on a specific WebAdMIT feature and offers best practices, tips, and tricks for working with that feature. Power (half) Hour: Using Manual Designations	January 14, 2021	Do you find yourself constantly changing an applicant's designation during your application cycle? This webinar focuses specifically on using Manual Designations in WebAdMIT. Reviewing & Scoring Applicants Virtual Training	January 26 – February 4, 2021	Register now for our Reviewing & Scoring Applicants virtual training course. Participants will learn how to make the best use of the Assignments and Interviews features in WebAdMIT through a series of hands-on exercises led by a WebAdMIT expert. They will learn how to rank applicants and pinpoint the most qualified candidates while networking with peers to learn how others are using WebAdMIT to achieve their admissions goals. Developing a Comprehensive Reporting Strategy Virtual Training	February 9 – 18, 2021	Register now for our Developing a Comprehensive Reporting Strategy virtual training course that intertwines reporting strategies with WebAdMIT functionality. Participants will explore practical approaches in creating a data reporting strategy that supports their organization’s goals. This strategy includes using data available in WebAdMIT. Intro to WebAdMIT: Unlocking the Tools to Manage Your Applications	February 23 – March 4, 2021	Register now for our Intro to WebAdMIT virtual training course. Participants who are new to WebAdMIT, or are looking for a basic refresher of the software, will learn the core functionality of WebAdMIT and how to use features together maximizing efficiency with the software. Enrollment Marketing for a Competitive Advantage Virtual Training	March 9 – 18, 2021	Register now for our Enrollment Marketing for a Competitive Advantage virtual training course. Participants will explore practical and realistic concepts and ideas to help them establish key communications goals and incorporate relevant technologies. Participants who successfully complete this course are eligible to earn up to 0.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Visit Liaison Academy to learn more about this class.
Shared Lookup Table Updates for Spring 2021	April 4, 2021	Many fields in the Applicant Portal contain predefined answer values that applicants can select; for example, the Country and County fields both have predefined answer values. These values are housed in shared "lookup tables" which are viewable in your CAS's/UniCAS's Custom Export Layout (CEL) file (located under Help in WebAdMIT). Lookup table change requests should be sent to your Account Manager, who will compile and review these requests prior to inclusion in the next lookup table update taking place this spring. The deadline to submit change requests is January 13, 2021. New lookup table values will appear in the Applicant Portal on April 4, 2021.
