Application URL (Cycle URL)
The application URL includes the CAS name by default. Unless a CAS requests a special URL, by default, the URL should be standard in both Prelaunch and Production.

- Production Live: https://CAS.liaisoncas.com
Some CASs will maintain the cycle year in the Production Live URL, especially in cases of overlapping cycles.
