Cycle Start and End Dates

Each CAS must set the following dates for applicants:

• Start Date: The first day applicants can log in and begin their application. 
  • This date also drives the date in which the official test score integration begins matching scores to applicants.
  • This is between 8:00-8:30am ET by default. This can vary by CAS, however.
• End Date: The last day all application processing for the cycle will cease (close cycle date).
  • This is 11:59pm ET by default. 

It is important to note that the date all application processing ceases is after the final submission deadline in most cases. The time between the deadline and the closing of the cycle allows for the receipt and processing of transcripts, official test scores, and the verification process if applicable.
