Heap is an analytics platform that helps clients understand how and why applicants engage with CAS. They automatically collect all data from CAS to generate critical insights for improving the product, driving conversion, activation, and retention, getting an advance signal on changes in customer behavior.

Heap surfaces the hidden friction and opportunities in the applicant journey to build a better digital experience that accelerates our business. This implementation will provide the product team with a suite of tools and insight to analyze how the application is being used and where things could be better.

Rule to Use: Turning on this feature is optional and must be approved by CAS Product. This question block is only used by BusinessCAS, EngineeringCAS, and GradCAS at time of feature release.
