** Indicates the question/response text can be customized by CAS, even in the standard block. What that means is you will see the standard question text and response options indicated in Outcomes but each CAS application may have different question text or even response options.
The Biographic Information tile in the CAS application can be customized by CAS, so the Outcomes Application Record Navigation Link Name may be different than what's noted below, which is the standard tile name. In addition, the question block header and question text can be customized through an onboarding development ticket as noted on this page.
