The Affiliation question is in "Other Information" question block is found under the 'Personal Information' quadrant, this question is conditional upon answering the "Degree Option" question with "MSW"
Rule to Use: Turning on this question block is optional. If it is turned on, an applicant response can be configured as required or optional. This question block is only used by BU-PAR and the questions are required.
