Deleting CCCStart Colleges

You can remove a college at any time prior to submitting the application; however, any information entered in the College Materials section will be lost and cannot be retrieved or transferred. Information in the Personal Information, Academic History, and Supporting Information sections will be retained for any colleges to which you choose to submit.

Once you submit your application to a college, you cannot remove it. To withdraw yourself from consideration for admission to a college, contact the college directly.

Note that your application must always have at least one college selected. If you want to change or remove a college prior to submission, be sure to select a new college first.

From the Colleges Page

  1. Click the Add College icon on the left side of the dashboard.
  2. Click the checkmark next to the college name.
  3. Click the checkbox on the message that appears to confirm removal.
  4. Click Remove.

From the My Colleges Page

  1. Click My Colleges at the top right of the dashboard.
  2. Click the three dots next to the college you want to remove and select Remove College.
  3. Click the checkbox on the message that appears to confirm removal.
