You'll create an account in OpenCCC first. Once you do this, you can then create a new CCCStart account and prefill it with information from OpenCCC, including contact information, etc.
When creating OpenCCC and CCCStart accounts, consider the following:
- Create only one account to avoid processing delays and difficulties. Duplicate accounts are deleted.
- For your own security, do not share your password or account information with anyone.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Use an email address that you check frequently to avoid missing important updates.

You'll need to verify your account each time you log in to CCCStart and OpenCCC; this is to protect your account and personal information.
