COVID-19 Application Updates for Students

Overview

At Liaison, the well-being and safety of our teams, clients, and communities are our top priority.  As we closely monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19, we are implementing ongoing measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff, while also maintaining the highest level of service to our clients.

As more jurisdictions across the country are closing schools, limiting large gatherings, and taking other measures to create social distance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we have asked our staff to work remotely in the near term. Given this change, we'd like to assure you that we have robust technology and a culture of flexibility that allows us to continue providing you with uninterrupted service.

We are closely monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization, the CDC, and state and local authorities and will provide you with updates as new information becomes available.

Latest Updates

  • CAS customer service staff are set up to work remotely and available to assist as usual.
  • All CAS application services continue to operate as expected.
