Submitted Application

Submitted Application

Cal State Apply Decision codes are available under Information -> CAS Application Status. However, those codes are not first class properties in Outcomes so they cannot be charted.

The Submitted Application contact property was created so users could easily see the number of students that have submitted an application to Cal State Apply.

Users have two options:

1) They can manually adjust the “Submitted Application” field to “Yes” by visiting a contact’s Transfer Profile section of their contact record.

2) They can add a tag “Submitted Application” to an applicant by following the below steps. Since tags can be added in bulk, this allows them to quickly identify and tag all contacts who have submitted an application in Cal State Apply. A process is run that updates the “Submitted Application” field to “Yes” when this tag is added, automatically adding these contacts to the Submitted Application chart on the Dashboard.
