Browsing and Filtering Careers

You can use the Explore Careers page (suitcase icon in the navigation menu) to browse and filter for careers that interest you. This allows you to begin searching for CSU programs by starting with a career choice, as careers can sometimes have multiple degree and major pathways.

Use the search bar at the top for keyword searches or click on a career explorer category to automatically filter by career types. As you browse through careers, use the filters on the left to narrow your search. You can filter by:

• Industry Type: if you're interested in more than one career explorer category, you can select them here.
• Salary Range: you can limit your career results based on national or state salary ranges.
• Required Educational Level: you can limit career results based on the educational level you want to pursue.

You can also continue to refine your results using the search bar at the top or clicking the first initial of the career name.
