Monitor Your Students

This page applies to Compact2Learn faculty members.

Your faculty account allows you to view and monitor students who have identified you as their faculty member. When students create experiences, they select a faculty member to be associated with that experience. Within Compact2Learn, you can view all the details of the student's experience. You can also monitor your student's status and run progress reports.

View Student Details

Your students are listed on the Students tab. Your students' status, which is listed here as well, refers to their account status.

  • Active: the student has an active subscription connected to a program's authorization key.
  • Expired: the student's Compact2Learn subscription has ended and their authorization key is expired.
  • Pending: the student is using a free trial of Compact2Learn.

You can view all student activities as long as they are attached to experiences at your program and at least one activity has been submitted for approval or a form or evaluation has been sent to you to complete for that experience.

  1. Click Students.
  2. Use the filter options to narrow your list of students, if needed.
  3. Under the Name column, click the student's name.
  4. Select the student overview or a report type. See definitions below.
  5. Under Date Range, limit your report to include activities within a certain date range.
  6. Under Experience, select the student's experiences.
  7. If you select Approved Hours Only, then your report is limited to only activities approved by a supervisor.
  8. Click Filter, if needed.
  9. Click Print Signature Page to print the report details.
