Manage Your Account

This page applies to [CAS NAME] institutional administrators.

Overview 

You can update your account information on the Profile page. To access, click Settings, then Profile. Once you've finished making changes, click Save.

Account Information

Change your email address and password.

School Name

To update your organization name in [CAS NAME], contact your Account Manager at [ACCOUNT MANAGER EMAIL FOR IAs].

Supervisor Approvals

Select if [trainee]s can submit activities electronically and if their supervisors and faculty can approve those activities electronically.

Your Name

Enter or update your name.

Contact Information

Enter or update your address and phone number.

Switch between Accounts

If you have multiple [CAS NAME] accounts linked to the same email address, you can switch between them. For example, you can have a [trainee] and supervisor account. To switch accounts:

  1. Under Settings, click Switch Roles.
  2. Click Select Role for the account you want to work in. Note that the account you're currently working in has a checkmark under Current.

If you don't have the Switch Roles link or want to link multiple [CAS NAME] accounts to one email address, contact customer service at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FOR IAs].
