Reset Your Password

This page applies to [CAS NAME] institutional administrators.

Your password information is not accessible by the Client Success team. To retrieve your password:

  1. Go to [https://app.time2track.com/login].
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Enter your email address, then click Send Password Reset. If your email address changed, contact customer service at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FOR IAs] for help locating your account information.

You will receive an email prompting you to reset your login information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't receive the email within 15 minutes.
