The following enhancements are now available in Compact2Learn and Time2Track. All enhancements are automatically available unless otherwise noted, and no action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. DCT Verification PDF for Time2Track for AAPI
This enhancement is available for use by Time2Track for AAPI.
DCT users can now download two PDFs in Time2Track:
- Training Experiences PDF: DCT users currently have access to this PDF. It includes only the information the AAPI trainee submitted in Time2Track.
- DCT Verification PDF: this new PDF includes the information the AAPI trainee submitted in Time2Track, along with the DCT Verification and DCT Submission page information.
Custom Activity Types and User Logins in the Mobile App
This enhancement is available for use by Compact2Learn and Time2Track.
In the Compact2Learn and Time2Track mobile apps, trainees (i.e., students) can now create, edit, and delete custom activity types.
Additionally, if a faculty member, supervisor, or institutional administrator tries to log in to the mobile app and has a trainee role in their account, they are alerted that they must switch to their trainee role. If they do not have a trainee role in their account, they will receive an error message.
