The following enhancements are now available in Compact2Learn, My Internship Journal, and Time2Track. All enhancements are automatically available unless otherwise noted, and no action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Recurring Billing for Subscription Plans
This enhancement is available for use by Time2Track.
Starting May 19, 2021, if a trainee (i.e., student) purchases a monthly or yearly subscription plan, they'll automatically be enrolled in a recurring billing plan. They can switch their recurring billing plan between monthly and yearly intervals, as well as change to an authorization subscription and one-time payments. Trainees will receive a reminder email 10 days before the subscription expires, alerting them that their credit card is about to be charged.
Trainees can cancel recurring billing plans at any time. Note that canceling a recurring billing plan does not cancel the subscription; the trainee’s subscription plan will be active until the plan end date.
This enhancement improves the trainee experience, as they don’t have to manually pay their subscription plan each month or year. Note that existing subscription plans purchased before May 19, 2021 are not impacted by this enhancement.
Downloading Mobile App Updates Required
This enhancement is available for use by Compact2Learn and Time2Track.
Every time a new version of the mobile app is available, trainees (i.e., students) must download the updates before they can continue using the app. This enhancement confirms that the trainee is using the most up-to-date version of the app.
