Backlogging hours allows you to record any [experience]s you completed before you started using [CAS NAME]. You can record previous [experience]s in the Activities and Clients sections.
Backlog Hours through Tags
You can enter previous [experience]s by using the Tag feature in [CAS NAME]. Review Log Your Activities for more information. A few suggestions when backlogging hours through Tags:
- Create a tag first and name it Backlogged Hours. You can then select this tag when creating activities. This helps you quickly identify backlogged hours.
- Select the correct date when backlogging hours. You can filter by date range when reporting hour totals.
- If entering recurring backlogged hours, remember to select the first date that the recurring activity took place. Additionally, confirm each of the occurrences.
