Important Application Dates

Review the important application cycle dates below. In some instances, the individual program's deadline may differ from the application's cycle dates. Please check with each program individually. You can submit your application up until 11:59 PM CT on the deadline date.

While the cycle close date is the final date you can submit your DICAS application, DICAS has additional final application processing dates for managing your application. Note the dates and submission times below.

Dates for 2024-2025 Cycle

These are the dates for dietetics programs (CP, DI, GP, ISPP) that begin in 2025.

The DICAS application cycle opens.	August 5, 2024
The DICAS application cycle closes. The last date you can: Create an account. Request recommendations. Submit your application.	July 15, 2025 at 4 PM CT
The last date your recommenders can submit their recommendations. If you used the Professional Transcript Entry (PTE) service, this is the last date you can approve your PTE. If you are in the Undelivered status, this is the last date you can re-submit your application. All application processing ends.	July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT
