Text Authorization Modal

The Text Authorization feature is enabled by default for each CAS. It includes standard text and is displayed to the applicant only once at creation of their account or reapplication. The response can be edited via My Profile. 

Rule to Use: This feature is optional. The text is standard and not editable by the CAS.
