CAS Selection

Application Status	Rule to Use	Default View	Definition	View Selected
In Progress	Required	Partial View	Applicants in this status have created an account and selected your program as one they are interested in, but have not yet submitted the application.	Yes/No
Received	Required	Full View	Applicants in this status have paid for and submitted their application, but have not yet submitted all documentation required by the CAS. *For CASs that do not require documentation, the applicant moves straight to complete.	Yes/No
Complete	Required	Full View	Applicants in this status have submitted their application along with all documents required by the CAS.	Yes/No
Verified	Required if CAS uses 'Full Verification'	Full View	Applicants in this status have completed their application and Liaison has verified their coursework. *This is only used in CASs that use Full Coursework Verification.	Yes/No
On Hold	Required	Partial View	Applicants in this status have encountered an issue with their application (payment, code of conduct, duplicate, etc).	Yes/No
Undelivered	Required	Partial View	Applicants in this status have had their application returned to them for corrections.	Yes/No
Deferral	Optional Required if using the 'deferred applicants' feature.	Full View	Applicants in this status have been carried over from a previous cycle via the WebAdMIT Transfer Settings Deferral Process.	Yes/No
Direct Applicant	Optional Required if entering direct applicants into WebAdMIT.	Full View	Applicants in this status did not apply through their respective service and instead have been entered directly into WebAdMIT by an admissions staff member.	Yes/No
Manual	Optional	Full View	Applicants in this status have been manually added to one or more designations they did not directly apply to.	Yes/No
Redirected	Optional Only used by CSU.	Full View	Applicants in this status have been redirected to an alternate campus.	Yes/No
