A web browser is the program your computer uses to connect to the Internet and access FellowshipsCAS.
For the optimum experience, we recommend using the most current version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, which work on both Macs and PCs. You can download these browsers for free here:
Safari is the default internet browser for Apple products and is compatible with FellowshipsCAS. If you encounter any difficulty while using the most up-to-date version of Safari, try switching to Chrome or Firefox.
Edge is Microsoft’s most recent browser and is compatible with FellowshipsCAS. If you encounter any difficulty while using the most up-to-date version of Edge, try switching to Chrome or Firefox.
As of June 15, 2022, Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft. Switch to a supported browser to access FellowshipsCAS.

If you’re having trouble accessing a portal and encounter error messages such as "access denied," "connection timed out," or "unable to connect to the server," it’s possible that a firewall is blocking your access. Another telltale sign of a firewall issue is if you can access the platform without problems on a different network, like your home network or mobile data.
To address this, FellowshipsCAS employs Amazon Web Services (AWS) to ensure reliable access. To ensure the necessary connections are not being blocked by a firewall, your IT department may need to safe-list IP addresses. Contact the Client Support Specialist team at programsupport@fellowshipscas.com for more information. Additionally, your institution's software must have a minimum of version TLS 1.2 to establish a secure connection.
