  1. Click the Forgot your password? link on the Welcome page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your account in the Email field.
  3. Click Send.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password. You must create and confirm a password that is at least 15 characters and includes at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 special character..
