Memberships

In this section, you can add any relevant memberships to professional organizations, such as orthotics and prosthetics residency groups or an association of health care professionals. You cannot add or update memberships after you submit the application.

1. Click Add a Membership.
2. Select Professional Membership from the Type drop-down.
3. Enter the organization or group name.
4. Enter a brief description of your role in the organization/group and any significant contributions you made.
5. Click Save Membership.
