For successful implementation, we recommend you engage the following team members throughout the implementation phase:

Project Champion

  • Key liaison with Othot's's Client Success team.
  • Manage, coordinate, and communicate all client team member activities, including key users and institutional stakeholders.
  • Validate business logic and business practices for modeling purposes.
  • Identify key goals, success metrics, and use cases.
  • Leads or manages the functional team.
  • Understands business practices.
  • Sets or manages goals and targets for functional team.

Data Lead(s)

  • Identify and map internal data sources and specific data points.
  • Access, acquire, and deliver data from internal data sources.
  • Answer technical questions pertaining to sources, variables, and values provided.
  • Validate model and configuration logic to merge, derive, or aggregate data.
  • Provide ongoing support in maintaining up-to-date data for current predictions.
  • Support installation and management of automated system integration.
  • Familiar with internal sources and data.
  • Familiar with the back-end of the internal data sources and able to query and export data from them.

Key User(s)

  • Provide supplemental information related to business logic and business practices.
  • Provide additional information about key use cases, especially in particular areas of interest (e.g., financial aid, recruiting, marketing, etc.).
  • Leads or coordinates a team of end users.
  • Subject matter expert in business practices, especially in specific areas of interest.
