Reviewing Campaign Performance
Below the chart, the dashboard displays a detailed table containing campaign and track performance metrics. The table allows you to:
- Review metrics by campaign track.
- Sort metrics in ascending or descending order.
- Identify high-performing or underperforming tracks.
- Compare engagement across campaigns.
Sorting metrics helps you quickly identify which tracks have the highest failure rates, lowest open rates, or other performance concerns requiring your attention. Clicking a track name opens the associated marketing configuration, allowing you to quickly investigate or update campaign settings.
Note: Metrics shown on the dashboard are based on the emails sent within your selected date range. For example, if you sent 100 emails during a 30-day window, only metrics for those 100 emails will display, even if some of those emails were opened, clicked, or delivered after the window ends. Conversely, an email sent outside your selected date range will not appear in this data, even if the recipient's action (open, click, etc.) happened during the window.
Common Use Cases
Review the information below for some ideas of how you might use the data found on the dashboard.
Identifying Problem Campaigns
If you notice declining engagement or increased failures but aren't sure which campaign is responsible, sort the performance table by Email Failed (descending order) to quickly identify problematic tracks. Select the track name to open its settings and make adjustments.
Performance Reporting
Use custom date ranges and the percentage view to gain more insight into how contacts engaged with your marketing efforts during specific periods.
