Yes, coupon codes are different from the fee waiver program. Applicants can request and use both coupon codes and fee waivers.
Institutions can purchase coupon codes via the PsychologyCAS Coupon Code Gateway. First, enter your contact information and select the number of codes you want to purchase. Then, submit your request and enter your payment information. You can pay via credit card or PayPal.
Once you purchase codes, you'll receive a receipt and your coupon codes within two business days.

You will receive your coupon codes via email within two business days from the date they were requested.
You can request as many coupon codes as you'd like, at any point during the application cycle. We recommend that you purchase in small quantities and request additional coupon codes as needed.

Coupon codes waive the PsychologyCAS application fee and are not associated with any specific program; thus, applicants can use codes to apply to another PsychologyCAS institution. We recommend using coupon codes for applicants that you have a strong interest in recruiting and state explicitly the code should be used when they submit their PsychologyCAS application to your institution.
No, each coupon code is unique and can only be redeemed once. We recommend communicating with applicants that they should not share coupon codes with other applicants. If an applicant does share a coupon code with another applicant, they will not be able to use it themselves.

No, coupon codes cannot be redeemed after an application is submitted. No fee refunds can be issued for unused coupon codes.

Liaison tracks each coupon code, when it was redeemed, and the applicant who redeemed it. Upon request, a member of your account team can generate a Coupon Code Report that includes all coupon code batches generated within a specific date range.
