Memberships

In this section, you can add any relevant memberships to professional organizations, such as physical therapy residencies and fellowships groups or an association of health care professionals. You cannot add or update memberships after you submit the application.

1. Click Add a Membership.
2. Select the type of membership from the drop-down lista.
3. Enter additional information about the membership.
4. Click Save Membership.
