Release 12 – January 9, 2022
New Features and Enhancements
Time2Track Enhancements
The following enhancements are now available in Compact2Learn, MyInternshipJournal, and Time2Track. All enhancements are automatically available unless otherwise noted, and no action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. If you have any questions about these features, contact your Account Manager or support.
Report Updates
This enhancement is available for use by Time2Track.
Institutional administrators can now download the Hours Summary by Student by Placement and Supervisor Export. Previously, the report had a bug that temporarily prevented it from populating with data.
WebAdMIT Enhancements
Transfer Settings Panel Updates
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
The Transfer Settings feature allows you to transfer templates you built in WebAdMIT from a previous cycle to a current cycle. With this enhancement, the option to dismiss the panel permanently was removed. This ensures that no one accidentally dismisses the panel, as dismissing it removed the panel from all users at the organization, including the users who manage this process at their organization. Additionally, the Transfer Settings panel has an updated message with clearer directions on what the feature is, how to use it, and a link to the Transfer Settings Guide.

Display College Transcripts Not Received |
We are building an Advanced Configuration Library for Admissions by Liaison. This library provides guidance to help you build custom configurations in the software. As it is built out, you'll find more options that you can implement to enhance the way Admissions data is presented, exported, or filtered. This configuration allows you to build three different fields that indicate if transcripts are missing, how many are missing, and from which schools they are pending, respectively. |
Display Letters of Recommendation Not Received | Similar to the advanced configuration described above, this configuration allows you to build two fields that display the number of missing LORs (letters of recommendation) and the names of pending recommenders, respectively. |

Shared Lookup Table Updates for Spring 2022 |
March 6, 2022 |
Many fields in the Applicant Portal contain predefined answer values that applicants can select; for example, the Country and County fields both have predefined answer values. These values are housed in shared "lookup tables" which are viewable in your CAS's/UniCAS's Custom Export Layout (CEL) file (located under Help in WebAdMIT). Lookup table change requests should be sent to your Account Manager, who will compile and review these requests prior to inclusion in the next lookup table update taking place this spring. The deadline to submit change requests is January 14, 2022. New lookup table values will appear in the Applicant Portal on March 6, 2022. For guidance on optimal implementation of the new lookup tables, please review the timeline and additional information in the Shared Lookup Table Updates for Spring 2022 page. |
