You can update basic information about yourself and your background on the My Profile and Extended Profile pages. To access, click your name in the upper right of the application and select My Profile or Extended Profile.
Enter or update your legal name, including suffixes. SOPHAS will use this name in all communications.
Enter or update your email address and phone number(s).
Click the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and authorize calls and/or text messages to the mobile phone number entered in the Contact Information section above.
Use this section to change your username.
Indicate if you are currently located in a European Union country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.
Use this section to change your password. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and include a number, capital letter, lowercase letter, and a special character.
If desired, you can set up two-factor authentication (2FA) using any standard 2FA app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.). To do so:
Select the appropriate options.
Select when you plan to begin a program.
In this section, you can review your payment history. Click View Order Details to see a copy of your receipt(s). Note that it may take up to 24 hours for recent payments to post to your account and be visible on this page.
