If you have encountered an accessibility issue with one of our documents or learning software, please contact us by sending an email to accessibility@liaisonedu.com so that our team can provide you with assistance. In the email, please provide the following information if possible:

• Your name and preferred contact information.
• The product where you have encountered the issue (such as help center, eLearning course, Liaison Academy, etc.).
• The URL of the page where you have encountered the issue.
• A summary of the issue, including the browser, version, and assistive software (e.g., JAWS) you are using to access the page.
