Enter information related to your high school graduation status, GED, and associates degree. 

Indicate if you are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. If you select Yes, enter details about the institution and your degree. 

If your parent/guardian earned a degree, select whether it was in a health sciences field or non-health sciences field.
