Step 1: Locate Authorized Domains
- In the refreshed sandbox, navigate to Setup.
- Enter Authorized Email Domains in the Quick Find field, and select Authorized Email Domains.
Step 2: Add/Verify Domain
- Click Add and enter your domain name.
- Salesforce will generate a unique TXT record verification key.
Step 3: Update DNS Settings
- Log in to your DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare) and add the new TXT record provided by Salesforce.
- Note: DNS changes can take time to propagate.
Step 4: Confirm Verification
- Return to Authorized Email Domains in Salesforce and select Verify domain ownership.
- Alternatively, you could create a new DKIM key for your sandbox environment. This also authorizes the domain. For steps, see Configuring DKIM in Salesforce.
