Resending an Individual Email or SMS from Communication Planner
Email and SMS messages sent to Contacts are displayed in the Contact Activity visualforce page [TX_ CommPlanner_Contact Activity] on the Contact record. Should a contact need an email or SMS message resent, you can use the Re-send link from the Individual Email Activity widget:
- Navigate to the Contact record for the recipient.
- Scroll to the Email Activity History section.
- If you do not see this section, contact your administrator to add it to the Contact page layout.
- In the Individual Email Activity widget, locate the email or SMS message you want to resend.
- Click Re-send for that message.

Note: if the recipient has opted out of email, the email will not be resent.
