Version 2511.0

(CL-2173) Number fields used in criteria or conditions within condition sets display without unnecessary trailing zeros. Previously, these values were automatically converted to decimals with six decimal places.
(CL-2240) Open Issues for My Students with a count greater than 50 displays properly in the Timeline. Previously, only a few records would load in the Student Success Center, and clicking Load More switches you from My Students to All. A new batch process, Open Advising Item Batch Runner, can be run manually to update the Open Advising count. For details, see Configuring Retention Settings.
(CL-2310) Institutions with the 'Program Management Module' package can access the 'Faculty Early Alerts' and 'Success Scores' tiles in TargetX Builder. Previously, clients with this package were unable to access these tiles.
(CL-2349) The SSC dashboard refreshes the list automatically when a task is edited and no longer matches the applied filter. The item count updates correctly as well. Previously, the list did not refresh, leading to an inaccurate item count.
(CL-2367) Advising picklist values (e.g., Category or Type) that include the percent symbol “%” functions properly in the Student Success Center. You can add Advising records without issue, and no console errors appear. Previously, using a “%” symbol in these fields triggered two console errors and prevented the creation of Advising records.

(CL-2057) The Retention Settings Visualforce page includes an example with a valid field API name. Previously, the example referred to a non-existent field.
(CL-2300) Email options for creating an advising record in the Student Success Center display correctly. Previously, when a large number of email templates existed, an "Apex CPU time limit exceeded" error would occur.

(CL-2247) The 'My Students' counts in the Student Success Center now correctly align with the 'At Risk' and 'Open Issues' counts. Previously, the 'My Students' counts were inconsistent with the 'At Risk' and 'Open Issues' counts.

(CL-2243) Switching between Kudos and Alerts in the Faculty Early Alerts roster now preserves all previously selected checkboxes without selecting any additional ones. Previously, toggling between Kudos and Alerts would automatically select all available checkboxes.

(CL-1986) The Notes field on Advising records in the Student Success Center correctly wraps text. Previously, notes would wrap text in the middle of words.

(CL-509) Student Success Center's display of Advising Activities (Notes & Kudos) is now closed by default so that activities can be toggled easily and counts display accurately. Previously, the Student Success Center Dashboard showed an Open Issue for a closed Advising activity.
(CL-522) The Current terms and Other terms filter lists in the Student Success Center Academic tab are sorted alphabetically in descending order, then by Academic Name. Previously, the lists had no display order.
(CL-1473) The At Risk student count displays properly in the Student Success Center Dashboard detail view when Cohort Success Scores are enabled. Previously, the count of At Risk students in the list view did not match the detail view of students.
(CL-1869) The Refresh Picklist Definitions setting in the Student Success Center accommodates custom picklist fields with global value sets. Previously, the Refresh Picklist Definitions setting would fail if a custom picklist field on the Advising object used a global value set.
(PD-3038) Generating Advising lists returns an accurate list of students. Previously, manually editing records during the query returned too many students
(PD-5893) Notes entered in the Student Success Center will properly wrap to another line. Previously, notes did not wrap properly.
